We purchased a Neff Hobb for our new kitchen setup. It sat in its box for about a month until we finished the kitchen. When we finally opened it, we were really bummed to find it was damaged and had some flaws. Initially, we were told we should've reported the issue right after getting it, but Maria from customer service was fantastic. She listened to our concerns and walked us through the steps to get it sorted out, which resulted in a replacement for the Neff hobb and the damaged one being picked up in just a couple of weeks. The service I received from this company was top-notch. The young lady was incredibly helpful and truly represents the company well. Delivery was right on point (order before 3pm and you’ll get it the next day). The communication with the courier was fantastic, and just like they said, my fridge arrived at 10am the following day. No doubt about it, I’d definitely shop with this company again.

I ordered the armchair on Tuesday and it showed up the next Monday. It fell within their delivery timeframe, so no biggie. The one gripe I have is that I didn’t get any info on when it would arrive, so I was just fortunate to be home when it unexpectedly came.
